Job Description
Ameresco is seeking a Controls Service Specialist to provide technical support for service agreement tasks and scheduled assignments, performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and commissioning of control and HVAC systems for commercial buildings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in the field of DDC control systems for commercial buildings
- Hands on experience with BAS controls
- Niagara N4 Technical Program Certification
- Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits
- Computer hardware and software skills
- Knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications
- Knowledge of mechanical systems (e.g., RTU's, AHU's, VAV's, VFD's, Split Systems, Pumps, Motors, Boilers, Chillers and Cooling Towers)
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
