Field Supervisor

Ameresco, Inc. is a leading energy solutions provider seeking a Solar O&M Field Supervisor to manage solar projects in the Midwest. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PV solar operations and maintenance experience, a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Supervising the day-to-day activities of Ameresco’s electrical team
• Liaising between Customers, Engineers, Manufacturers, and Field Employees
• Providing technical support for field technicians
• Ordering and scheduling the delivery of tools, equipment, and materials
• Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties
• Ensuring safety policies are strictly adhered to
• Recognizing safety hazards and following safety guidelines
• Completing written and electronic records
• Supervising and training apprentice electricians/coworkers
• Performing other duties as required
