Senior Controls Project Manager

Ameresco is seeking a Senior BAS Controls Project Manager to lead and manage complex DDC control system projects in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in controls engineering and project management experience.

Requirements

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of DDC control system projects
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure effective cost control
• Foster strong relationships with clients and lead project meetings to ensure effective communication and documentation
• Conduct regular project site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance
• Manage project change orders and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales phase and stay updated with industry trends and best practices
