Requirements
- Bachelor's degree desired
- 2 years FIOS/build out and provisioning experience desired
- Extensive knowledge of Client FIOS Network Provisioning systems (COEP, CCP, ICGS, iVAPP)
- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel
- Thorough working knowledge of FIOS Provisioning process
- Ability to analyze and process FIOS Service Order fall out
- Ability to support and prioritize multiple assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
