End User Support Analyst - II

America Networks is a leading sensor and networking solutions partner for companies in any Industrial, Manufacturing, and Waste management space. We design and manufacture sensors for storage tanks, water metering, energy metering, gas monitoring, and asset management. The position will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to the Fulcrum, CATS Enterprise Asset Management software.

Requirements

• Previous experience in application support
• Previous Network Inventory, Supply Chain, or Asset Management experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collectively with other reference and support team members
• Good project management skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time in a very dynamic work environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory life cycle
• 2 years wireless telecommunications experience preferred
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft ERP application, preferably Purchasing, Inventory and/or Asset Management - minimum 6 months
• Familiarity with Fulcrum - CATS system preferred
• Experience with Remedy preferred
• Experience in preparing and delivering application training
• MS Excel/Project/Power Point
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible and possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work both independently and with others
• Demonstrate ability to work with cross functional teams and execute project handoffs
