Software Systems Engineer - IV

America Networks is a leading sensor and networking solutions partner for companies in any Industrial, Manufacturing, and Waste management space. We design and manufacture sensors for storage tanks, water metering, energy metering, gas monitoring, and asset management. We specialize in design, deployment, optimization, and support of these Networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information System etc. Master or PhD Degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience with Python, R, Matlab, VBA, Java Scripts.
• 2+ years’ experience with Spark, Hadoop, MySQL, MS Excel, VBA, TeraData SQL, MS SQL.
• Expertise of system performance fine tuning of the database schema is required
• Data extraction/transformation/loading, data mining, and statistical modeling experience required.
• Strong analytical capabilities, creativity and critical thinking required
• Good mobile telecommunications industry knowledge, including experience with handset manufacturers, network equipment vendors, and/or chipset vendors
