Job Description
As a Branch Operations Supervisor, you will help the branch grow and meet sales targets, foster strong relationships with key members, and coach and mentor staff in sales and service tasks.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience in a financial institution or related field
- One to two years of previous supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills
- One year of experience in the selection and hiring of staff; preferably within a financial institution or related industry
- Must be bondable
