Job Description
Member Service Representative III role at Lakewood Branch, credit union, requires one to two years of financial institution experience, high school diploma or equivalent, bondable, and ability to obtain Badge to get on JBLM.
Requirements
- Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way
- Handle savings, loans, checks, and more
- Review loan applications and advise members of loan policies and rate information
- Be knowledgeable and conversant with all account information
- Be a team player and learn new things in meetings and training sessions
