Production Team Lead_ 2nd Shift M-Th (3:30pm-2:00am)

The Production Team Lead will oversee the production team during the 2nd shift (M-Th, 3:30pm-2:00am) and ensure on-time delivery of products to customers. The role involves assigning work, monitoring progress, and performing own work in a safe manner.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read tape measure, ruler and/or dial indicator
• Apply mathematical reasoning to adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing whole numbers, fractions and decimals
• Assist and/or coordinate on-the-job-training for new employees
• Correct or report unsafe conditions or injuries immediately to supervisor
• Interpret product drawings/specifications
