Member Services Representative, AACU Branch Operations

As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for building positive relationships with American Airlines Credit Union members, recommending products and services to fulfill their needs, and maintaining account information. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and function as an integral part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Cash handling, sales, or customer service experience within the last twelve months
• Ability to exercise excellent member service skills
• Ability to perform in a service-culture environment
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to self-motivate and maintain satisfactory performance and attendance
