Job Description
The Specialist-Business Development role is responsible for creating American Airlines Credit Union growth by driving awareness and promoting participation in Credit Union products and services among key strategic partners, potential members, and existing members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- College degree in Business, Finance, or related area, or equivalent financial services experience
- Proven and verifiable record of success in meeting productivity goals
- Two years of sales/marketing/business development experience
- Previous banking or Credit Union experience
- Experience with SalesForce or Customer Relationship Management programs
