Job Description
The Security Safety Manager develops and implements effective security strategies and protocols to protect the company against threats, theft, vandalism, and other security risks. The role involves conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and devising security measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or the armed forces
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, incident management software, and other security-related equipment
- Ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and programs
- Proficiency in security assessments, audits, and investigations
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and mitigating security risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
