Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead and elevate Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a passion for improving product quality and team performance.

Requirements

• Champion true Agile principles across teams
• Drive quality-first execution by embedding quality practices into every stage of the SDLC
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies
• Manage team capacity, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment
• Oversee Scrum and release dashboards in Jira
• Analyze team performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Proactively identify risks and impediments and partner with leaders to remove organizational and technical blockers
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Product Owners to ensure backlogs are well-refined, prioritized, estimated, and aligned to customer needs and business value
