Architect II

We are looking for an Architect II to join our team in Bellevue, WA. The position requires a minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in architectural design and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in large-scale multi-family project design. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field and be licensed architect in one of the 50 states. The role involves operational tasks, administrative support, communication and coordination, quality assurance, and other responsibilities. Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in architectural design
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in large-scale multi-family project design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field
• Licensed architect in one of the 50 states
• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience using Revit
• Strong understanding of building code, zoning regulations, and multifamily industry standards
• Ability to lead design efforts with oversight
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient in effective communication and teamwork
• Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach
• Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
