Job Description
American Capital Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee a 305-unit project in Gresham, OR. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in multifamily, senior housing, or hotel projects and 2+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and owners, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in multifamily, senior housing, or hotel projects
- 2+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Experience with MS Office, including Outlook and Excel, is preferred
- Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software is preferred
