Job Description
We are looking for a Traveling Superintendent to join our team. The Superintendent I is responsible for assisting the Lead Superintendent with the supervision, organization, planning, and scheduling of the physical execution of the work and the leadership and management of the field forces.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential and mixed-use building construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred
- Scheduling & Job Cost software preferred (P6/ Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience
