Job Description
Fred Olivieri Construction Company is seeking a traveling Construction Superintendent to manage construction of Retail/Restaurant projects across the US, requiring 10+ years' experience and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities
- Liaison with developers, clients, and subcontractors
- Enforce company safety requirements
- Develop and maintain project schedule
- Monitor construction for compliance with plans and specifications
- Ensure quality standards are exceeded
- Determine and communicate work force requirements to subcontractors
- Project reporting using Procore Construction Management Software
