American Century Investments is seeking a Benefit Specialist to join the Benefits team. The Benefits Specialist is responsible in assisting with the day-to-day administration, auditing, and employee support of multiple health and welfare benefit programs.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in business administration, human resources, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and empathetically with employees at all levels.
- Extremely high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Outstanding customer service orientation with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Proficient in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Comfort working with reports, data, and system tools.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Co-Pilot.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong initiative to seek knowledge, understand, problem solve, and innovate.
