The Compensation Consultant is responsible for designing and applying advanced modeling to analyze scenarios, forecast results, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and market trends. This hybrid position will be based out of the Kansas City office and reports to the VP, Compensation & Benefits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience applying analytical methodologies in a consultative manner within a corporate setting, ideally in investment management, private equity, or financial services
- Technical skills including the ability to analyze and extract key insights from critical data sets, such as market benchmarking, data analytics, and understanding complex investment compensation structures
- Influences, communicates effectively, and works creatively with senior business leaders, peers, and colleagues
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate and follow through on assignments
- Fact based, detail oriented, and analytical approach
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
