Deckhand

Deckhand position requires strong team players with dedication to quality and safety in the workplace. Responsible for carrying out assigned duties safely and efficiently, including building and breaking tow, preparing barges for loading and unloading cargo, and performing regular clean-up work.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Current valid driver's license
• Physical capability and motivation to perform duties
• Ability to work safely and effectively as a supervisor and team member
• Polite, respectful, and fair in all contacts
• Ability to concentrate fully on each assigned task
