Transmission Right of Way Agent Staff -Staff Senior

The Transmission Right of Way Agent is responsible for the acquisition of land rights for the construction, operation, and maintenance of electric transmission and/or distribution facilities. The role involves managing right-of-way projects, ensuring compliance with corporate auditing requirements, and serving as an expert witness in court actions.

Requirements

• Manage right-of-way project plan, schedule, budget, tools, and staff
• Ensure compliance with corporate auditing requirements
• Act as an expert witness in court actions
• Approve vouchers for payments of expenses incurred in the acquisition of land and land rights
• Review periodic status and cost of managed right-of-way projects
• Monitor the closeout process and review lessons learned for right-of-way projects
• Serve as the senior technical lead for right of way activities
• Manage, develop, review, and coordinate ROW project plans, schedules, budgets, and tools across multiple projects or programs
