The role involves daily operations, supervising team members, training, purchasing, and maintaining a high-quality environment. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Requirements
- Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service.
- Work morning, nights, and weekends, monitoring quality of food and service.
- Assist in providing Team Members and Shift Managers with the appropriate training.
- Purchase food, beverages, and supplies as needed, overseeing preparation to ensure product meets quality standards.
- Operate restaurant systems daily, ensuring clean and organized space.
- Supervise and motivate Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve high performance.
- Utilize management tools to keep accurate records and plan for increased sales.
- Maintain standards of service and demonstrate leadership.
- Execute marketing plans and maintain repeat customer visits.
