Field Support Specialist

Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Miami, FL area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and refine your sales skills while working closely with a Senior Area Sales Representative to promote and support our retail financing programs.

Requirements

• Utilize AFF's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and reporting tools effectively.
• Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct 6-8 store visits per day, delivering hands-on training and support.
• Increase same-store utilization of AFF's financing programs to drive overall portfolio growth.
• Meet and exceed established performance and sales goals.
• Maintain in-store marketing materials and collateral to support merchant engagement.
• Assist the Senior Area Sales Representative with targeted merchants requiring additional training and support.
• Provide strategic sales insights and recommendations to business owners and managers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
