The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving profitable sales by providing proactive consultative sales assistance and support to the customer.

Requirements

• Provide proactive consultative sales assistance and support to the customer
• Achieve department standards and goals
• Maintain a clean, in-stock, orderly, and well-merchandised sales floor
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Meet or exceed associate performance standards consistently
• Maintain current knowledge of merchandise lines
• Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system
