Job Description
The Receiver is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, and supporting the ordering and tracking of materials necessary for plant operations. This role works closely with production, maintenance, accounting, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure materials are received, documented, and available when needed to support uninterrupted plant operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory management preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
- Basic computer skills required; must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with forklift and pallet jack
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
