Job Description
This Staff Nurse position provides direct patient care in the Operating Room, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to Joint Commission International (JCI) standards. The role involves patient assessment, diagnosis, intervention, evaluation, and coordination across the healthcare continuum. Focus is on patient safety, team collaboration, and documentation in accordance with hospital/departmental policies.
