Job Description
AIU is seeking a full-time English Foundation Program Instructor to deliver high-quality English instruction, support student learning, and contribute to AIU’s mission. The successful candidate will teach a full-time faculty course load, prepare and deliver lessons, and provide mentorship and feedback to students.
Requirements
- Teach a full-time faculty course load in the English Foundation Program
- Prepare and deliver lessons that build students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening proficiency
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and academic advising to students
- Contribute to curriculum design and ongoing program improvement
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development, and university-wide initiatives
- Promote student engagement and academic integrity across the program
