Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally in metal recycling or automotive
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret market and pricing data to guide decisions
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis
