Job Description
Join the growing success of AIM, a global leader in the metal recycling industry, as an industrial mechanic. Perform preventive maintenance, repair, adjustment, alignment and maintenance of various equipment, such as conveyor, crusher, shear, vibrating table, hydraulic system, and press.
Requirements
- Solid experience in maintenance, repair and adjustment of mechanical equipment such as conveyors, crushers, shears, vibrating tables, hydraulic systems and presses.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical anomalies, breakdowns and failures, and to repair or replace defective parts, components or systems.
- Competence in equipment testing to verify that performance meets standards after repair or replacement.
- Ability to collaborate to resolve issues to improve equipment efficiency and functionality.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, including workplace cleanliness, adherence to occupational health and safety regulations (SST), and performing tasks in a safe manner.
