Join American Iron & Metal as an Operations Supervisor, overseeing production quotas, facilitating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks including production operations, inventory management, and employee supervision. A college degree in a related field and 5-10 years of experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environment are preferred.
Requirements

- Management experience in recycling and metal industry
- College degree in related field (Business / Management / Logistics)
- Ability to speak, write, and read Spanish
