Requirements
- Purchase scrap metal to meet or exceed tonnage targets
- Visit dealers and industrial suppliers to drive new and repeat business
- Prospect and develop new clients
- Negotiate new contracts with clients
- Manage and lead a team
- Provide coaching and support to team members
