Ninja Coach

American Kids Sports Center (AKSC) is a unique and successful kids sports center founded in 1984. We're looking for a Ninja Coach to empower kids to build confidence, develop real-world safety skills, and challenge themselves in a student-centered environment.

Requirements

• Able to safely lift at least 50 pounds to spot students and move equipment.
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, staff, and the Ninja Zone Director/Manager.
• Great attitude, willingness to be coached, and desire for continuous personal growth.
• Ability to stay focused, organized, and energetic in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality is essential—arrive early and prepared for your classes.
• Dependable and committed to reporting for scheduled shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and families.
• Model and encourage strong values such as hard work, determination, goal-setting, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with staff to solve problems, share ideas, and enhance the Ninja Zone department and AKSC as a whole.
• Organized and reliable in tracking skill progress and communicating updates to parents.
• Teach Ninja skills in a way that supports student growth, success, and goal achievement.
• Ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, including afternoons and weekends.
