Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and increasing the company’s overall market share.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, speak, understand)
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating
- Desire to build an amazing team
- Have a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Must undergo a background check
- Must pass a drug test
- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have reliable transportation
