We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to independently manage our day-to-day accounting operations from transaction entry through monthly close. This role has full ownership of the bookkeeping function and works directly with leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting.
Requirements
- 3â5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, including independent responsibility for AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly close
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or Sage
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
