Full Charge Bookkeeper â Small Business Accounting (Onsite) We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to independently manage our day-to-day accounting operations from transaction entry through monthly close.
Requirements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable end-end
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely posting of transactions
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare complete monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Own the payroll process, including accuracy, compliance, and recordkeeping
- Track fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules
- Partner with an external CPA/accountant to support quarterly and year-end tax filings
- Assist with budgeting and cash-flow monitoring as needed
