Job Description
American Fleet Services is seeking a self-starting Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and service their building and grounds. Requirements
- 2+ Years Experience in routine facilities maintenance with a demonstrated knowledge of repair techniques, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting skills
- Knowledge of power tools
- Electrical Repairs and Maintenance
- HVAC Maintenance
- Knowledge of Local and State Codes and Ordinances
- Valid drives license with no more than two (2) minor driving violations
- Must submit to and successfully comply with AFSā āPre-Checkā background check and pre-employment drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
