Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Mortgage Loan Analyst to support a $5.5B+ commercial real estate loan portfolio across multiple U.S. property types. This role blends loan underwriting, origination support, and ongoing portfolio surveillance, offering exposure to complex transactions and senior-level decision making in a fast-paced institutional environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated work experience in commercial real estate lending, underwriting, portfolio management, or related finance roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Solid understanding of commercial real estate finance and loan structures
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
