The Executive Assistant will be an administrative partner for four members of ANSI executive leadership, requiring exceptional organizational skills, professional discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities.
Manage multi-executive calendars, coordinate meeting logistics, organize materials, arrange travel, and ensure timely reimbursement of business expenses.
This role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, superior verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
