Executive Assistant

The Associated Press is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President & Executive Editor. The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, and facilitate coordination across teams and time zones.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable administrative support role
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong judgment, professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is mandatory
