Disclosure Specialist

Disclosure Specialist responsible for entering Initial and re-disclosure of Loan Estimate (LE) and Closing Disclosures (CD) compliant with RESPA-TILA/TRID, under the supervision of the Operations Compliance Review Manager.

Requirements

• Enter all data on new loans as received into the computer system
• Print and mail initial application disclosures to customers
• Review Change of Circumstance and Re-disclose as applicable to Federal and State laws
• Register loans and obtain FHA and VA I.D. numbers
• Order credit report and private mortgage insurance
• Order Compliance and Fraud reports
• Contact borrowers for outstanding conditions
• Complete income calculation worksheets
• Enter all required data into the computer system for initial Closing Disclosures or Re-disclosures of CD
• Review Homeowners Insurance policies
• Review Tax Certificates
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory RESPA-TILA/TRID changes
• Calculate closing figures
• Print and mail initial and/or revised closing disclosures
• Maintain all queues to Company Service Level Agreement
• Complete Company mandatory trainings
