Job Description
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking for a Full Time External Mortgage Loan Originator to build relationships with real estate professionals and generate new business.
Requirements
- State license or certificate
- Knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies
- Working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements
- Familiarity with local, state and national laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales-oriented self-starter
