Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable barback to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting is a plus.
Requirements
- Maintain established stock levels by transporting cases of beverages from walk-in coolers to the bar and preparing requisitions as needed.
- Ensure a constant supply of ice, glassware, and drink garnishes, while rotating fresh fruit to maintain quality.
- Keep all areas of the bar clean and organized, including restocking kegs in the walk-in coolers and rotating bottled beer in reach-in coolers.
- Empty trash bins in the bar area and ensure proper disposal.
