Job Description
We're looking for a friendly and approachable cocktail server to join our team at American Place Casino. As a casino cocktail server, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Upselling and suggesting drinks to boost sales and tips
- Ability to carry and balance trays of beverages
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and navigate crowded spaces
