Job Description
American Place Casino is seeking a Cage Shift Manager to assist the Cage/Credit Manager in protecting casino cage assets and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in cage operations and excellent guest service communication skills.
Requirements
- High School/GED preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in all facets of cage operations.
- Ability to operate calculators, computers, and money counters for cash and coin
- Knowledge of cage computer system
- Ability to handle high volume and stress situations
- Basic math skills with knowledge of currency
- Excellent guest service communication skills
- Bilingual a Plus (Preferred)
- Frequently speak, read, write, stand, walk, bend, and stoop
- Able to push, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
