Job Description
American Plastics is seeking a Process Technician for their Sycamore, OH facility. This position involves monitoring cycle times, maintaining part quality, troubleshooting injection molding machines, and following department procedures. The role reports to the Production Manager and operates an injection molding machine within a 2/2/3 schedule.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States of America
- Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Authorize Background Check
- Must be able to work a 12-Hour Shift
- Knowledge of operating Injection molding machines (Engel, Milacron, Battenfeld, UBE, HPM)
- Knowledge with Wittman and Servpro Robots preferred
- Organized, detail oriented, team player with a sense of urgency
- Effective Communication Skills
- 2+ years’ experience as a process tech in injection molding or similar process
