Production Engineer

American Plastics is seeking an entry-level Production Engineer for its Jefferson City, MO location. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, optimizing plant operations, and implementing changes to production methods to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
• Two years’ experience in a production engineering role preferred
• Practical experience troubleshooting manufacturing problems and implementing sustainable corrective actions
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Eligible to work in the United States of America
• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Authorize Background Check
