Production Supervisor Night Shift 12hr Shifts

We are searching for a positive, enthusiastic, and compassionate person to fill a Production Supervisor role at our Kingman, AZ location.

Requirements

• Supervise, schedule, and assign 20 – 50 employees
• Work with Set-up, Tooling and Maintenance on proper line layouts
• Participate on continuous improvement teams for cycle time & scrap reduction
• Analyze and develop workstation layouts for labor optimization
• Other duties as assigned by Management
• Timekeeping
