The Area MDS Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), interdisciplinary care planning process, and management of MDS-related reimbursement for multiple designated facilities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term care industry.
- MDS Coordinator experience preferred.
- Two years professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care, or geriatric nursing setting.
