Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and control of construction projects, including Assisted Living facilities, Nursing Homes, and commercial developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Project Management
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on field experience in construction project management
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and other Windows-based project management systems
• Proven skills in estimating, budgeting, and purchasing
• Ability to review construction documents and communicate with architects and design professionals
