Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical plant and grounds to ensure a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for residents, staff and the public.

Requirements

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
